In Cloudia CMS, the taxonimies are the most native way to categorize articles. Even more; tags can be grouped into different sets, providing even more variability.

To tag an article, just click the Common tab in full-edit mode, click Tags field, and start typing or press the down arrow to get list of all the tags and tag groups to pick from. New tag is defined easily just by typing it (and hitting Enter or Spacebar).

In the frontend application, tags can be used in sophisticated query logic to produce the result you need. The most common way is to select all articles tagged by specific tag. It is done easily just by /tag/tag-name URL. For example http://demosite2.ccms.cz/eng/gallery/tag/professor.

The part beyond the /tag/ can be much more complex. We won't go into details here, just for example check out this: http://demosite2.ccms.cz/eng/gallery/tag/(professor--or--pope)--and--nyarly.
