Has one parameter — article ID.

Example:

articleLinkTtl::3007

Outputs (while contained within <% ... %>)

articleLinkTtl

Which is just the title of this article (its ID is 3007) in proper language version, and should be used for additional markup hyperlink parameters, such as title.
